How the collaboration works
It begins with conversations — long, recorded, wandering, wonderful conversations. We ask questions nobody's asked you, chase the details that make a story breathe, and map the book together: what it's really about, who it's for, where it starts. Then we write in stages, never in isolation. You see chapters as they're born. You tell us "that's exactly it" or "I'd never say it that way," and both answers are equally useful, because the second one teaches us your voice. Draft by draft, the book converges on something that sounds so much like you that you'll start forgetting which sentences came from the recordings.
Your voice, engineered
Voice-matching is the actual craft here. Before writing a word, we study how you talk: your rhythms, your favorite expressions, the way you build an argument or land a joke. A ghostwritten book that sounds like a ghostwriter is a failure, however elegant. The measure of our success is your best friend reading a page and hearing you say it. We work in English, in Spanish, or both — and if your story lives between the two languages, like so many of our clients' stories do, that in-between becomes part of the voice instead of a problem to sand off.
